Sales are final once the order has shipped.
In the case of an emergency, if I have not yet shipped the order, please contact me so we can sort out a refund.
I will do everything I can to wrap and pack the items to protect them from damage. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately upon receiving the parcel, and include photos of the damage. From there, we can discuss whether it's best for me to repair the item or provide a replacement. For this reason, please do not put off opening the package longer than necessary.
